Here at Propertybook, we’ve got a pretty large database. We have over 8,000 listings, a network of thousands of agents, half a million monthly visitors and years of experience.  So, we decided to take all those resources and create Propertybook Insights, something I’m proud to introduce and share with you.

Think of Propertybook insights as a map. It’s hard to predict where to go or what will happen next in the property market without in-depth knowledge of what is happening now

That’s why every month, we’ll summarize, condense and share our data with you. It’ll tell you what are the most popular and most searched locations; it’ll show the most popular property types. It’ll even tell you the average price of a property by type and locations, and a whole lot more.

We want these insights to be the perfect guide for agents, agencies and developers. They should help you develop a winning strategy, adapt to the current market, and even anticipate where the market will go next.

For our users, pricing guides will help you step into the property market with confidence and trust. Propertybook insights will also track monthly price movements—allowing you to better understand the market you are entering.

Subscribe to our mailing list and you’ll receive these insights every month. You’ll also get the inside track on the hottest properties, property advice as well information on the new development market.
