We draw your attention to the following conditions of sale

1. The sale shall be in cash and in addition the purchaser shall pay:
A. US$150. 00 for buyers card. This is non- refundable fee.
B. The auctioneers commission 5% plus VAT.
C. US$5 000. 00 (Five Thousand United States Dollars) security deposit refundable if all sale conditions are met.
D. Cost of transfer including conveyancing charges, stamp duty and other fees.
E. Arrear rates and charges to complete the transfer for the property.

2. Positive identification a must i. E national identification card or valid passport.
Any person who attends the auction to bid on behalf of another i. E on behalf of a company or a third party must produce a written power of attorney and/or resolution from members that expressly authorizes him or her to bid on behalf of that person or company. When bidding on behalf of a company the letter of authority must appear on the letterhead of a company and must be accompanied by a certified resolution authorizing him or her to bid on behalf of the company.

3. Immediately after conclusion at the auction, the highest bidder shall advise the commissioner appointed by the sheriff attending to the sale in the manner in which he intends to make payments of the purchase price and other charges in terms of these conditions to satisfy the commissioner of the bona fide ability to meet his obligations.
