This Acceptable Usage Policy covers the security and use of all Propertybook’s information. It also includes the use of property location, property uploads, images uploaded and parameters for agents and private listers. This policy applies to all Propertybook’s agents and private listers (hereafter referred to as ‘individuals’).

This policy applies to all information, in whatever form, relating to Propertybook’s business activities, and to all information handled by Propertybook relating to other organisations with whom it deals. It also covers all information and communications facilities operated by Propertybook or on its behalf. Access to the Propertybook cloud is controlled by the use of user profiles and passwords. All User profiles and passwords are to be uniquely assigned to named individuals and consequently, individuals are accountable for all actions on the Propertybook cloud. Administrators must ensure that agents are given clear direction on the extent and limits of their authority with regard to booking services.

Agents and Private Lister must not:

• Allow anyone else to use their profile and password on Propertybook Cloud.
• Leave their user accounts logged in at an unattended and unlocked computer.
• Leave their password unprotected (for example writing it down).
• Deliberately load a property and assign a wrong area in order to get leads.
• Deliberately upload and delete and re upload the same property multiple times in order to get a fresh listing.
• Manipulate the system beyond the band signed up for as they risk being held accountable and cut off from the platform.
