CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 Bidders are required to pay a deposit of US$5,000. 00 (Five Thousand Dollars) refundable (less bank charges) after the auction, with the exception of the highest bidder. (NEDBANK L. Takawira Branch Account number [number removed]) will be acceptable and should be paid to Realgate Properties during the week prior to the date of the Auction, unless prior arrangements are made with the Auctioneer.
2 All sales shall be subject to cpnfirmation by the Sheriff for the High Court.
3 Highest bidders are compelled to pay:
I. Auctioneers commission (to be held in Trust pending confirmation of sale by the Sheriff) (5% excl VAT)
Ii. Agreement of Sales fees payable to the Auctioneers on confirmation of sale is USD$750. 00 inclusive VAT.
Iii. The cost of transfer including conveyancers charges, stamp duty and any other fees.
Iv. All arrears outstanding including rates, electricity and any other expenses necessary for the transfer.
V. 10% of the Purchase Price to the Addition Sheriff who will be available during the sale and further advise the Additional Sheriff of the manner in which he/she intends to make the Purchase Price and other costs and charges in terms of these conditions and satisfy the commissioner as to his/her bona fide and ability to meet his/hr obligations.
Vi. NB: The highest bidder shall forfeit any deposit should he/she fail to meet the conditions 3(i) and (iv) above.
