LESSEE REQUIREMENTS:
The tenant must:
I) Clear Acacia-overgrown fields, preferably using bulldozers

Iv) Provide a packhouse/cold room (500 sqm) for horticulture
V) Install a tobacco curing system
Vi) Renovate the workers compound (mainly roofing)

LEASE TERMS:
