Southland Regional
Overview
Founded in 2003, Southland Regional is a Harare-based property development, construction, and infrastructure company with a track record spanning more than two decades across Zimbabwe and the wider region. Operating under the guiding philosophy "People Busy Taking Responsibility," Southland brings a full-cycle capability to every project — from identification and engineering through to turnkey construction and delivery — giving buyers the confidence of a developer that controls quality and timelines from the ground up.Southland's flagship residential project, Nyeredzi Ridge Estate, is a gated community in North-West Borrowdale, Harare, combining residential, commercial, and civic elements into a self-contained, sustainably designed neighbourhood. The development caters to middle-income buyers with a mix of fully serviced single-family stands and one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden flats, supported by in-house architectural house plans. Infrastructure works — road and sewer servicing — have progressed across multiple phases since the project's launch in 2021.
Backed by an established construction and engineering unit, Southland Regional positions itself not just as a land seller but as a long-term infrastructure partner — a distinction that matters to buyers weighing developer credibility, especially those purchasing from the diaspora.
